Golden Visa Criteria
Property Based
The property must have a minimum title deed value of AED 2 million, with at least AED 50,000 in paid capital. For off-plan properties, construction must be at least 50% complete.

- Attested bachelor’s degree

Golden Visa Criteria
Investment Based
You need a fixed deposit of AED 2 million in any UAE bank.
Required Documents
- Passport copy
- Digital studio photo
- Existing visa copy and Emirates ID (if available)
- Letter from the bank stating that the fixed deposit is for obtaining the Golden Visa
